Refund Policy
At Designs by Anson, your satisfaction as a customer is paramount to us. We offer a 30 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If, within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you are not satisfied, we will gladly replace or exchange the item.
Please contact us using the form “Contact Us” and we will promptly respond to your inquiries.
Broken or Damaged Item Policy
If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture along with the order number to anson@designsbyanson.com, and we will replace the item at our expense.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we operate under a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of placing the order cannot be approved.
Disclaimer: Any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.
Return Policy
As our products are personalized and cannot be re-used, we do not accept returns. However, if an error was made on our end, we will send you a new, personalized product.
The Process and Shipping
We are committed to delivering your order as swiftly as possible. Here's an overview of our process:
- Stage 1: Upon receiving your order, we initiate the process, gather all details, and begin design, personalization, and artwork for draft versions.
- Stage 2: We will send you draft versions for your review and approval. You can suggest edits and changes until you're satisfied. Once approved, we proceed to final production.
- Stage 3: Approved artwork is sent for production and printing, which typically takes 2-3 days. We use 2 production facilities one is located in Los Angeles, CA, and the other is in Louisville, KY. Once completed, the artwork is shipped, and a tracking number is provided for your convenience.
Shipping times usually range from 4 to 10 days, and packages are not insured. We primarily use UPS/FedEx for delivery, but please note that there may be service impacts beyond our control.
Cancellation & Return Queries
- Can I cancel my order? Yes, we honor cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at anson@designsbyanson.com for cancellation requests. However, personalized items under production cannot be canceled.
- How do you handle returns? As all artwork is customized and personalized, we do not accept returns due to customer error.
- Received a damaged package or wrong artwork? Please contact us immediately in such cases. We guarantee to send you a replacement. However, refund requests for damages incurred during transit cannot be granted, as it is the courier's responsibility.
